Cyrille C. Catel

Cyrille C. Catel is an Adaptive Systems Architect and the Founder & CEO of APX Vision, an advisory and coaching practice headquartered in Dubai and operating across Geneva and international markets. 

 

He is the author of Adaptive Organization & Management System 6.0™, a seven-dimensional diagnostic and implementation framework applicable across public, private, nonprofit, and fourth-sector organizations, and serves as CEO at the Impact Consulting Coalition, Dubai & Geneva Chair of the AI for Impact Alliance, and Global Ambassador of the Global Spirit of the Game.

 

Over 30 years, he has supported organizations across Europe, the Middle East, North America, Latin America, and Asia at the intersection of systemic diagnostics, transformation design, and executive coaching. He previously held senior transformation
leadership roles at Givaudan, CYLAD Consulting, Grünenthal GmbH, and Covance/Labcorp.

He holds an MBA from Rushmore University, an Executive Coaching Certificate from IMD Business School Lausanne, and is an admitted DBA Candidate at Grenoble Ecole de Management. He is also a Global Advocate Member of AI For Developing Countries (AIFOD).
