In her current role, Muthoni is a Management and Organizational Development specialist with a passion for managerial efficiency. She is a social entrepreneur and a changemaker who believes in the power of human capital and community empowerment.

Muthoni has built up more than 25 years of experience in the UN system, including in Kenya, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda, Indonesia and Switzerland. This included leading efforts to improve organizational performance and programme delivery, as well as humanitarian relief operations, partnerships, resource mobilization, inter-agency coordination and intergovernmental processes. Muthoni serves as an educator at Coach Masters Academy, Singapore. She holds a BA in International Relations, as well as Post-Graduate Studies in Management and Organizational Development.
