Samuel Mungure is Hesed World’s Treasurer. Samuel has served as the Treasurer of the English-Speaking Congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Geneva for four years. This, and his robust and relevant  academic background in financial management and governance, makes him a strong fit for the role of the Association’s treasurer. Professionally, Samuel works for the GAVI Alliance in Geneva. He is part of a team responsible for risk management of grants in various countries and building national financial management capacity. Originally from Tanzania, Samuel spent his formative years in Switzerland and the US. He holds a Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics and International Business, as well as an MA in Finance and Global Banking.
