Intergenerational Collaboration.
At Hesed World, our mentorship initiative is at the heart of what we do. We connect young changemakers in developing countries with seasoned professionals from a global network of experts. By fostering intergenerational collaboration, we create powerful partnerships that drive real, lasting impact.

Our goal is to nurture entrepreneurial spirit, empowering young leaders to create sustainable solutions. This intergenerational exchange benefits both sides: young changemakers gain practical guidance, while experienced professionals share their expertise and help shape a brighter future.
Training and Capacity Building.
We offer both online and in-person training and capacity building programs, coordinating with local stakeholders to deliver high-quality opportunities in our target communities. These courses — focused leadership, entrepreneurship, sustainable development and climate change mitigation, adaptation and disaster risk reduction — are designed to develop essential skills and provide hand-on experience.
Through our training and capacity building initiatives, we aim to empower young people of all need levels to thrive within their communities.
Policy Advocacy.
We actively engage in policy advocacy, amplifying the voices of youth at the regional, national and international levels.
We collaborate with governments, NGOs, private and public sector actors to shape policies that create better opportunities for young people and foster sustainable development.
Community-Driven Solutions.
At Hesed World, we believe that solutions to today’s problems — be that unemployment or violent crime — must come from within communities themselves. We work closely with local leaders and stakeholders to ensure our programs are tailored to the complex local contexts.
